  • 2 (500g) skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 (30g) red onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp blanched almond flour

 Dipping Sauce

  • 1/8 (20g) red onion
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
