Cranberry Hot Cross Buns

Buns:

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • ¼ cup water
    • 1 cup almond meal
    • ¼ cup coconut flour
    • 1 cup dried dates
    • ¼ cup dried cranberries
    • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon ginger
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tbsp oil, (olive,coconut)
